About ESL Newsletter, your PLE & DIY learning

…a familiar but still very useful selection of ESL topics in this newsletter. If you are working on developing your own "learning English" PLE (personal learning environment) and compiling study resources for DIY (do it yourself) learning, About ESL would be a good, basic resource to add.
